Full of hate today. And so the hate shall flow.
I hate sycophantic facebook updates about how being a mom is "the best job ever" from people who refuse to admit that actually sometimes it sucks. Unless it really never sucks for them. In which case I wish them well after their divorce/therapy/sedation/homicide, whichever comes first.
I hate pretentious assholes who bring their dogs into clothing stores, restaurants, other places that are inside and the inside places that allow it. You're not blind. This isn't a fucking park. I don't want your poodle drool on my new pants.
I hate...oh fuck I can't think of a third. It was really only those two things.
Perhaps when Lou Dobbs was leaving CNN all his hate was dissipated and spread out over the world like a fat, white, hate-filled blanket. We all got a little fluff, and that was mine.
Ugh, I'm with you on the "being a mom is amazingly wonderful." My kid is really good- she's an amazingly easy kid. I know this from reading other peoples' blogs, from my PEPs groups, from having babysat many children in past lives. CJ is a piece of cake. But it's still *really* *really* *really* hard. I know it's all relative, but seriously... being a mom is a very hard job, even with an easy baby!
